When you send a request for quotation, we receive what you type into the form: your name, organization, email address, item details, quantity, delivery location, deadline, and solicitation number. We use it to prepare a quote and reply to you.

When you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to share.

• Vercel hosts this website and processes form submissions.
• Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox by email.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form submission comes from a person. It loads only when you start using the form.
• Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.

We do not sell personal information, use advertising trackers, or set cookies of our own.

We keep quote requests and related correspondence as business records. To ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it, write to orders@twincoastco.com.
